Gear Aid Seam Grip TF Tent Fabric Sealant 250 ml

A great deal of outdoor gear is waterproof thanks to a polyurethane layer. Polyurethane doesn’t last forever; after years of use it starts to flake off the fabric surface. Gear Aid Seam Grip TF Tent Fabric Sealant is made for exactly this situation!

This dense, water-based repair solution is easy to brush onto the target area (technical gear fabrics: polyester, polyamide) with the included brush. The dried layer is transparent, durable and waterproof.

Used carefully, the contents of this bottle are enough to treat up to 16 square metres.

Use it on tent floors and flysheets, tarp fabrics, packing bags, backpacks and rucksacks, and much, much more. Note! Do not use on silicone-treated surfaces. You can recognise silicone-treated fabric by its very slippery surface, whereas polyurethane feels slightly tacky against the skin.
